Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join its interdisciplinary treatment team across Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs in Arizona. You will coordinate with RN Supervisors, BHCs, PCTs, RN and BHMPs to ensure a safe environment and high-quality care, while guiding intake and discharge processes.

A background in health care leadership and a valid AZ driver's license are required; the role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma required. Associate Degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.
• 1+ years leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ years of full-time Health Care related work experience when exposure to crisis situations is possible.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current AZ Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Provide oversight to staff including intake and discharge processes and peer support specialists.
• Assist in effective patient throughput and interdisciplinary collaboration.
