Job summary

Aliviane Inc in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead community awareness initiatives, coordinate prevention services, and collaborate with partners to reduce substance use across the region. You will develop educational presentations, manage coalition activities, document services, and support program goals while adhering to agency policies.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities valued to serve diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, sociology or related field.
• CPS or APS designation, and working towards CPS certification within 12 months.
• 2-4 years of experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead prevention services through coalition-based activities.
• Implement CSAP strategies in community settings.
• Develop cultural competency efforts and partner with PRC on tobacco education.
• Create community awareness about substance use prevention priorities.
• Document participation and outcomes per agency policies.
• Engage with community stakeholders to mobilize resources.
