Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Payroll Compliance Analyst to ensure prevailing wage and union payroll compliance across our multi-state operations. You will work with CBAs, DIR determinations, and certified payroll reporting.

This role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, CPP preferred, and proficiency with ADP/UKG systems. Join a team of 3,500 employees delivering safe, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
• CPP or FPC or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years payroll experience, with at least 3 years in prevailing wage/union payroll.
• Experience with California DIR determinations and public works payroll compliance.
• Proficient Excel; ability to interpret labor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prevailing Wage Administration across projects and wage determinations.
• Union Payroll Compliance including CBA/PLA interpretation and fringe benefit deductions.
• Certified Payroll Reports (CPR) preparation and regulatory reporting.
• Audits of payroll transactions and internal controls; ensure wage-and-hour compliance.
• Fringe benefit administration and tool/system support for prevailing wage calculations.
