Job summary

TNT-Crane- is seeking a Certified Payroll Specialist in Houston, TX to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws on government-funded construction projects. You will manage weekly certified payroll submissions across LCPTracker, Elations, EMARS, and other platforms, ensuring accuracy in wage determinations, classifications, and fringe calculations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Certified Payroll experience with Davis-Bacon, IRA, SCA
• Experience with LCPTracker, Elations, and EMARS preferred
• Experience with Paycom and Fleet Cost & Care (FCC) payroll systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare, audit, and submit weekly certified payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon, IRA, SCA and state labor laws.
• Review job codes, wage determinations, fringe rates and hours for accuracy.
• Monitor and correct discrepancies in overtime, deductions, and fringe allocations.
• Train field and project teams on coding and system processes.
