Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to manage prevailing wage and labor compliance. Reporting to the Director of Labor Compliance, you will oversee certified payroll programs, participate in audits, and guide project teams on regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency with LCPtracker and other compliance tools. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, law or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience with certified payroll.
• Working knowledge of construction industry compliance requirements and standards.
• Proficiency in compliance software such as Paradigm 3, Intellect Compliance, and LCPtracker.
• Advanced analytical abilities and strong research/networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with project teams and provide oversight of administrative staff on certified payroll issues.
• Assess employment program data for KPIs and issue tracking (e.g., LCPtracker).
• Conduct remote compliance checks to verify projects meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage project staff addressing subcontractor questions or concerns.
• Deliver subcontractor training sessions and assist with payroll submissions.
• Support Federal and Federally Funded project compliance and respond to regulatory visits/audits.
