Fresh Dining Concepts, proudly operating Auntie Anne’s pretzel shops, is seeking upbeat Team Members in Waldorf, MD. You’ll greet guests, bake and serve, handle registers, and keep the store clean while delivering friendly, fast service.

No prior experience is required—paid training, free uniforms, and flexible 20–40 hour schedules help you grow. Opportunities to advance into leadership roles and benefits such as health, life, and a 401(k) may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required where location applies.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math skills and ability to use a cash register.
• Ability to taste test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or obtainable within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
