Fresh Dining Concepts’s Auntie Anne’s team in Independence, MO is seeking friendly Team Members to welcome guests, bake, and serve pretzels while maintaining brand standards.

This position offers flexible scheduling (20–40 hours per week), paid training, free on-duty meals and employee discounts, uniforms provided, and growth opportunities into leadership roles. No prior experience required; candidates must be 18+, able to stand and lift during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability incl. weeknights, weekends, holidays.
• TB clearance required (location dependent).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Food handler certification (current or able to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
