As part of our pretzel team, you will welcome guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, operate registers, and maintain a clean, organized store. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends & holidays.
• Food handler certification current or obtainable within 30 days.
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active.
• Ability to taste test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.
• TB clearance required if applicable by location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
