Fresh Dining Concepts’ Auntie Anne’s team member role in Hanford, CA invites friendly, energetic individuals to join a fast-paced pretzel team. You will greet guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, operate the register, and contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. This position supports flexible scheduling, employee meals, uniforms, and potential benefits while offering opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.

Responsibilities
