Auntie Anne’s in Des Peres, MO is seeking Team Members to join our pretzel team and deliver smiles through friendly service in a fast-paced store environment.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. We offer flexible scheduling (20–40 hours), uniforms, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Benefits may include health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k). Must be 18+ and able to stand, lift, and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and comfortable using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
