Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coach the sales team to model authentic, personalized service and help meet sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, and contributing to a positive store environment while delivering a premium prestige

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide inspirational customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and handle cash processes.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and support Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
