Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering premium customer service and achieving sales targets. You will coach the sales team, model best practices, and ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.

Ideal candidates have retail experience in cosmetics, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the store.
• Oversee opening and closing of the store on a rota basis and handle cash reconciliation.
• Support a positive team environment and coach colleagues to meet targets.
