Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store.

You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver authentic and personalized customer service that meets sales and service targets. You will handle cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rota, and bring retail flair to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Desirable cash reconciliation and opening/closing store experience.
• Desirable supervisory experience coaching/mentoring for targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring for the sales team.

• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and store opening/closing on a rota.
