Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering outstanding, personalized customer service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota, with opportunities for progression within a world-class prestige beauty company.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
