Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets in a prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, and handle essential cash reconciliation along with opening and closing duties on a rota basis. This role requires retail experience, especially in cosmetics, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work retail hours

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team towards outstanding customer service and sales targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing the store on a rota basis.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation and exemplary customer experience.
