Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in delivering inspirational, personalized service and achieving sales and customer service targets in a prestige beauty environment. You will be responsible for cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, and contributing to a team that values development and progression.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
Cash handling and basic end-of-day reconciliation experience
Experience coaching/mentoring others to meet sales and service targets
Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events
Experience with retail POS software
Proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer targets
Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related cash-handling duties
Open and close the store on a rota basis as part of the team
