The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and to drive exceptional customer service. You will help coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and assist with opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.

This role requires retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to deliver inspirational and authentic customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and end-of-day procedures desirable.
