Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Prestige Beauty Advisor to enhance sales in the prestige category and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will determine guests' needs and guide them to the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include conducting makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations, while supporting the Sales Manager and contributing to in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests and assisting in product selection.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, personalize recommendations, and inform about promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
