Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and guiding them to the right color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager, deliver exceptional service, and participate in in-store events to elevate the guest experience.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional service with guest greetings, personalized product recommendations and information on promotions.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Follow all company policies and maintain store cleanliness and replenishment.
