Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to drive sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, and to deliver exceptional guest service in-store. You will perform makeovers and skincare analysis, assist guests in selecting prestige products, and support events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

You will collaborate with the Sales Manager, participate in ongoing training, and maintain store standards. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology esthetician or demonstrator's license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion and competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige category and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and personalize service.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits.
