Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests and guiding product selections. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.

The role supports store sales, promotions, and events while maintaining store standards and continuous guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales with a focus on prestige and iconic brands.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service and recommend products; inform guests of promotions and events.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on current industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
