Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience with opening/closing the store and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and manage retail hours.
