Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will lead by example, coaching the team to provide authentic service and drive results. You will also handle cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, including weekend and event shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties is desirable.
• Experience coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and service targets is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing.
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to meet targets.
