Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. This role requires strong retail experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to mentor a sales team to meet targets.

You will assist with opening and closing the store, participate in end-of-day cash reconciliation, and work a retail schedule including weekends and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Experience in supervisory/ coaching roles to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
