Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth operation with exceptional customer service. You will coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota basis.

This role requires retail experience in cosmetics, strong customer service, and the ability to work retail hours including nights and weekends. It offers a path toward supervisory career advancement within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and handle start/end of day cash reconciliation.
