Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selecting cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager and contribute to the guest experience through expert product knowledge and in-store events.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Flexibility to work a variable schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Prestige product knowledge and passion for guest service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige category and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests, personalizing recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, and proper display of products.
