Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests to assess needs and guide selections while upholding store standards. The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, events, and performance, requiring a passion for beauty and strong guest service skills.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate product knowledge, build guest relationships, and participate in ongoing brand and category training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by assisting guests in selection of prestige merchandise.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
