Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category and engage guests to determine their needs. You will assist with product selection, provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive guest satisfaction and sales.

The role supports the Sales Manager through service quality, events, and adherence to store procedures. A strong passion for beauty and knowledge of trends will help you excel in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license required where mandated by state law.
• About 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education desired.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige sales by engaging guests, recommending products, and demonstrating applications.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost guest service and sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise, and stay informed on trends and products.
