Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections. The role supports the Sales Manager through performance, people, and process, with a focus on outstanding guest service and learning product knowledge.

Flexibility for schedule and events is required. Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, demonstrations, and coordinating in-store events to enhance guest experiences

• Maintain attendance and store standards.
