Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding them through product selections. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, brand knowledge, and participation in in-store events to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The position supports the Sales Manager with focus on service, performance, people, and process, requiring passion for beauty knowledge and strong communication to enhance the guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and informing them of current promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events delivering prestige and brand sales results.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment.
