Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to help maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with the selection of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.

The role supports the Sales Manager with emphasis on service, guest experience, and store procedures while maintaining store standards. We seek a candidate with a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with makeup, skincare, and fragrance selections.
• Support Sales Manager with focus on service, guest experience, and store operations and compliance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
