Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige products and guest service; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales goals in prestige category and brand performance.
• Provide welcoming guest service, greet and engage guests, and recommend products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering premium guest experiences.
• Stay informed on beauty trends and product benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store appearance to uphold standards.
