Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance). You will engage guests to assess needs and guide them to select prestige merchandise while upholding store standards and policies.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales, as well as booking appointments for services and events. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of prestige brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with selection of products.
• Provide exceptional service, greet guests, personalize service, and inform guests of promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and comply with policies and procedures.
