Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding selections. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service excellence.

You will book appointments for in-store services and support events, while staying informed on trends and product benefits to better assist guests and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required by state law where applicable.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in retail and service sales for prestige and iconic brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize product recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
