Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while assisting guests with product selection and service opportunities. You will support the Sales Manager with a focus on guest service, performance, and store procedures, maintaining standards and staying informed on trends.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige sales and guest loyalty.
Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, and inform them of promotions and events.
Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and support in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
Maintain hygiene standards and keep the prestige work area replenished and organized.
