Requirements include a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to communicate product knowledge. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and educate guests on current promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales.
• Book and support in-store services and events.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product ingredients.
