Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige category and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, personalize recommendations, and inform about promotions and events.
• Handle sales, returns, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product ingredients.
