Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in the United States seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding cosmetics customer service, grow personal and vendor sales, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage in-house training, pre-booked facial events, and maintain an inviting, well-merchandised counter while closing sales with confidence.

Utilizing Saks clienteling tools, you will record client preferences, follow up with customers, and collaborate with the Account Executive to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales ability and quota attainment.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with online clienteling tools and Saks proprietary systems.
• Detail-oriented with professional makeup consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales goals and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
