Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding product selection. The role supports the Sales Manager through service, people, and process, requiring passion for the beauty industry and strong guest service.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and in-store events, with a focus on achieving prestige brand sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion and competency for prestige products, guest service, and selling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales with a focus on prestige and iconic brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service: greet guests, personalize service, recommend products, and inform about promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about trends and ingredients to better inform guests.
