Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests to determine their needs and guiding selections while upholding store standards. You will support the Sales Manager through performance, people, and process initiatives.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology license where required by state law
• 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist selection of prestige merchandise
• Provide exceptional guest service through greeting, engagement, and informing guests of promotions and services
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience
• Maintain store standards, replenish products, and ensure hygiene in tester areas
