Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager with service, events, and team collaboration while maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction.

The PBA will conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations, staying current on trends and ingredients to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for prestige products and strong guest service and selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, assess needs, recommend products and services, and inform about promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, stocking, and hygiene.
