Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and helping them choose color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. The role requires delivering top-tier guest service while maintaining store standards.

The PBA will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and participate in in-store events, training, and product demonstrations to drive prestige sales and create an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Experience with prestige products and guest service is valued.
• Ability to build relationships and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige category sales through guest engagement and product knowledge.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analyses for guests.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain clean, replenished selling floor and testers in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and loss-prevention practices.
• Assist with merchandise resets, planograms, and store operations.
