Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige sales through guest engagement and personalized product guidance. The role emphasizes makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to elevate guest experience.

The PBA will support the Sales Manager and participate in in-store events while upholding store standards. Ideal candidates have 1 year of relevant experience, cosmetology licensing where required by state, and a preferred high school

Qualifications

1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assisting with purchases.
Provide exceptional guest service with a personalized shopping experience.
Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
Maintain store standards and ensure merchandise is replenished, signed and faced.
