Ulta Beauty in Wareham, MA is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and assessing their needs, while assisting with product selections.

You will support the Sales Manager in delivering outstanding service, stock maintenance, and executing in-store events to create a memorable guest experience. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and helping them select products.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and offer personalized recommendations and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales goals.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, and ensure testers and displays are well‑stocked and clean.
