Ulta Beauty in Wareham is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige sales by engaging guests and advising on color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience while maintaining store standards and knowledge of trending products.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Flexible schedule is often needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Drive prestige sales by engaging guests and recommending products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise and sign/display items.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to assist guests.
• Adhere to company policies and dress code.
