Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and brand goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging every guest and recommending products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
