Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Hudson, MA is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding purchases in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager with events, training, and inventory while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales, with a focus on prestige and iconic brands.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with greeting, engagement, personalized recommendations, and informing guests of promotions, events, and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences and meet brand sales goals.
• Stay informed about new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store standards.
