The PBA supports the Sales Manager through service excellence, in-store events, and performance, while maintaining store standards and commitment to growth within the prestige and iconic brand categories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service with personalized product recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed on current trends, products, and ingredients to advise guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store appearance standards.
