Job summary

The Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine their needs and guiding them toward color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager through in-store events, maintain high store standards, provide exceptional guest service, and participate in product demonstrations and trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required where state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and determining needs.
• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products.
• Demonstrate products and provide makeup/skincare services when appropriate.
• Support Sales Manager through in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and guest experience at all times.
