You will engage guests, assess needs, and guide selections while upholding store standards and policies. The role supports the Sales Manager with guest service, events, and team collaboration.

The position requires passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to stay informed on trends and products. Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends is expected.

Responsabilités

• Maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and guiding product selections.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Support Sales Manager with performance, people, and process goals.
• Offer makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
• Book services and in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
